LEAD IT announced as Rebuild Business Ambassador

We are proud to announce our new partnership with Derbyshire charity, Rebuild East Midlands, as a Rebuild Business Ambassador.

As a business rooted in the local community, we have always believed that success is about more than delivering excellent IT services. It’s about using our platform to support organisations that make a genuine difference to people’s lives, and we’re delighted to begin this journey alongside Rebuild.

Who are Rebuild East Midlands?

Based in our hometown, Derby, Rebuild works alongside adult survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking, helping them rebuild their lives free from exploitation.

Through practical support, advocacy, wellbeing services, group activities and therapeutic coaching, the charity provides long-term, person-centred support that empowers survivors to move forward with confidence, independence and hope.

Their mission is simple yet incredibly powerful: to support adult survivors of modern slavery, enabling and empowering them to rebuild their lives free from exploitation.

Every day, Rebuild works with people who have experienced unimaginable circumstances, providing not only practical support but also the opportunity to rebuild their futures in a safe and supportive environment.

Our Partnership with Rebuild

Supporting the local community has always been part of who we are at L.E.A.D. IT Services.

As a social enterprise, we are passionate about creating positive opportunities both through our work and through the organisations we choose to support. Over the years, we have proudly worked alongside charities including Derby County Community Trust and YMCA Derbyshire, helping initiatives that create lasting impact across our region.

When we learned more about the incredibly life-changing work Rebuild carries out every day, becoming a Business Ambassador for Rebuild felt like a natural next step.

The values that drive Rebuild closely reflect our own beliefs in giving people the opportunity to succeed, making this partnership one that feels like the right fit.

To better understand the charity’s work and the impact this partnership can have, we welcomed Paul McAnulty, CEO of Rebuild East Midlands, to our office in Pride Park.

Our conversation focused not only on the challenges survivors face, but also on the important role businesses can play in creating positive change across the East Midlands and further.

Paul shared his gratitude for our enthusiasm and spoke passionately about the message Rebuild hopes to amplify through partnerships like this.

Through our Modern Slavery Policy, supplier due diligence processes and commitment to ethical procurement, we work to ensure transparency, accountability and integrity throughout our organisation and supply chain.
