We’ve got some exciting news to share… L.E.A.D. IT Services is growing – and so is our amazing team!
As we continue to support over 200 schools and academy trusts across the UK, demand for our services is rising fast. In fact, we recently welcomed eight new schools in a single month – a milestone we’re incredibly proud of. To keep delivering the high-quality, personal service we’re known for, we’ve expanded our team with three fantastic new colleagues, bringing our total team to 72 and counting.
Meet the New Faces
We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Ben, Sarah and Katie to the L.E.A.D. IT family – three brilliant individuals who are already making their mark.
Ben Bolton – Field Technician
Ben joins us as our latest Field Technician, stepping into his first full-time role after completing an apprenticeship in IT support. With a passion for problem-solving and a love of getting hands-on, Ben is already thriving out on-site:
“I’m really enjoying it so far. I like going out to different sites, seeing different challenges and helping people fix issues. I’ve always enjoyed understanding how computers work and putting things right.”
Sarah Thompson – Digital Marketing Officer
Sarah also joins us following her apprenticeship journey, bringing fresh energy and creativity to a brand-new role within the business. She’s already helping shape how we tell our story:
“It’s a demanding role but really rewarding. I get to develop my skills, connect with people and build something new for the company. I’m so glad I chose this path – I love working here.”
Katie Hindmarch – Office Administrator
Katie joins as our Office Administrator in her first full-time role and has quickly become a valued part of the team:
“I love it here. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and I’m excited to grow and take on more responsibility.”
Supporting Schools with Technology That Makes a Difference
Our work continues to focus on empowering schools with reliable, modern IT solutions. From fully managed helpdesk support to installing cutting-edge classroom technology like Smartboards, we’re helping teachers teach and students learn in smarter, more engaging ways.
Today’s classrooms look very different – with interactive displays, cloud-based collaboration and seamless access to learning resources – and we’re proud to be right at the heart of that transformation.
Sophie Jepson, Resource and Project Manager at L.E.A.D. IT Services, shared:
