Our Biggest Ever M.E.E.T. EdTech Conference – and what a day it was!
Aldercar High School needed a complete technology refresh – fast.
Outdated infrastructure was limiting both teaching and learning, and the school required a modern, reliable environment that could support interactive lessons, seamless connectivity, and improved accessibility for all students.
Crucially, the entire transformation had to be delivered within a tight two-week window, with minimal disruption to staff and pupils.
State-of-the-art smartboards installed across every classroom
Staff laptops to support flexible teaching deployed
Ceiling-mounted WiFi access points installed
Network switches for fast, reliable connectivity
The results have been immediate, visible, and far-reaching.
Lessons are now more dynamic, inclusive, and engaging—supporting a wide range of learning needs and styles.
What L.E.A.D. IT accomplished within the time scale was amazing; the team were really professional, and they worked incredibly hard.
Trudy Williams, School Operations Manager
Importantly, the technology has also strengthened accessibility and inclusion:
The new Smartboard in the Deaf base has had a huge impact… we can model, brainstorm and plan together, and save work to revisit in future sessions.
Jess Harding, Deaf & Hearing Impaired Resource Facility
We’ve used it to display school messages and even song lyrics for BSL learning… it’s been a fantastic addition.
Delivering the project in just two weeks was only the beginning.
L.E.A.D. IT Services continues to provide ongoing on-site support, ensuring the school continues to maximise the value of its investment and evolve alongside its technology.
Our team worked extremely hard in a 2-week window… Having up-to-date technology within a school setting has been proven to help children’s learning.
Lee Jepson, Director, L.E.A.D. IT Services
