We are currently recruiting for a Finance and Administration Officer, this is an exciting opportunity and would be ideally suited to someone who can deal with new challenges and adapt to the demands of the business. 

About the vacancy

Finance and Administration Officer - Permanent 

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm 

Annual Salary: £27,694 - £30,024 (NJC Point 10-15) 

Closing Date: 22nd February 2026


The Role: 


L.E.A.D. IT Services, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a highly organised and professional Finance and Administration Officer to join our office team. This is an exciting opportunity to support and pro-actively contribute to the operational success of the Finance function within L.E.A.D. IT Services.



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting with report collation and information gathering as well as business analysis
  • Pro-actively preparing budgets and outturn forecasts
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the finance systems
  • Processing regular payruns
  • Raising invoices

  • Is approachable, professional, and committed to excellent customer service
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is confident using IT systems and willing to learn new software
  • Can manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
