Marketing Support, Photography and Video Services 

We can help with marketing and design, with creation of flyers, brochures, leaflets and posters. This can include design consultation, annual design and maintenance support. We can also either fully manage, or support with social media, from designing templates or staff training on social media platforms. We can assist with video editing of supplied footage, provide on location use of cameras for requested photo and video footage. This can also include photo editing for flyers or websites. 

Audio Visual kit 

We can manage with the planning, procurement and installation of all audio-visual equipment. We can also provide ongoing support and specialist staff training on all installed items. From providing site surveys for installation areas, to providing advice on how to get the most out of an installation, we have got it covered for you. 

Assistance can be provided with the installation of all associated cabling and media boxes. If you're looking for specialised equipment to support those who are hard of hearing, such as a classmate IR, then we can help with the installation of this.  

Websites 

We can design and supply websites, from concept through to finish as well as maintaining and updating content upon request. We can also provide web hosting and management, including providing domains and handling domain registration. 

We can also provide SSL security for websites, including certificates and renewals. 

Event Support 

Setup, provision and installation of hardware/AV/software for events such as proms, school performances, personal celebrations, staff leaving, memorials, charity events, and internal/external training. We supply PA equipment, power generation equipment and can loan these items out (including collection afterwards) in addition to managing the equipment during the event.  

Mobile Device Management

PAT and Asset Management 

Provide Portable Appliance Testing on all equipment in school; this includes microwave leakage testing. Support will be given with any additional items that were not included in scheduled annual testing. Testing can be carried out on individual items on demand. We can also IT asset manage your organisation, including Asset Management Reporting. We can in addition, arrange for management and removal of waste IT equipment.
