Mickleover Primary have been with L.E.A.D. IT Services for over 5 years now. The school currently receive two half days of on-site support throughout the week. Within this, they are also given access to our helpdesk system. This allows them to register issues before the technician arrives on site which helps to resolve the turnaround of the issue as the technician can arrange to bring extra kit or orders items to support the visit...
Parkview Primary School

The school suffered from poor wireless and were in desperate of a more widespread wireless network to allow devices to be used at one end of the school to the other, without having to re-connect or find they were losing connection. There were also building missing wireless, which would benefit the school, especially when the building is used by external sources. L.E.A.D. IT Services donated a new wireless system, which meant more coverage throughout the school as well as seamless connections, which they lacked before. To allow the wireless to provide more coverage and ensure good connections, we also donated new switches to replace their old dilapidated switches. This has improved not only the wireless, but other connections to devices in the school.
